We are looking for a teacher for integration courses for permanent employment or as a freelancer as of 15.02.2025. We would like to fill the position at an external course location (Neustadt bei Coburg and Bad Rodach). You will report directly to the management, Mr. Scheler.

Requirements

• University degree in the language field, preferably DaZ or DaF
• Approval for integration courses by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of general and Alpha integration courses
• Car driver's license

Your profile
You are reliable and enjoy working independently. You also have skills in dealing with people and in conflict resolution. A communicative component is part of your personality. You are mentally flexible and anticipate new situations adequately.

Main tasks

• Preparing and conducting a complete integration course by arrangement
• Mastering all the necessary forms
• Conduct registration and informational interviews

Secondary tasks

• Maintaining contact with the local network
• Carry out placement tests and learning objective checks
• Maintain constant contact with the team leader of the main location or the management

We expect

• Participation in the team meetings that take place once a week
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness to participate in further training
