Frequently asked questions
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other bank cards are accepted for online payment of courses. Payment is also possible via PayPal, Klarna, Link, P24, EPS, Bancontact or via bank transfer to the school's bank account. For some online courses, installment payment is provided through the SEPA direct debit system.
- Payment for offline language courses is only possible via bank transfer to the school's bank account.
- Payment for the exam is possible in two ways: cash or bank transfer to the school's bank account.
You only need an ID document to enroll in the course. All other documents, depending on your situation, will be explained to you in detail by the school staff.
Yes — you can take the TELC exam at ANDRAX without completing the course. Exams are booked separately and conducted on site at one of the ANDRAX schools.

- Check the available exam types and dates (for example, the exam schedule on the website).
- Contact the office of the relevant educational institution in your chosen location to register and clarify the exact procedure and availability.
- Pay the exam fee in one payment (cash on the spot or by bank transfer). Installment payment or online payment is not possible.
- All exams are conducted exclusively on site (there are no online exams).
- Registration takes place no later than one month before the exam date.
- You can only take the TELC exams without completing the course first. The g.a.s.t. (DTZ) exams require prior course completion and a BAMF number.

You can find the schedule of current and future language courses on the page of the city you are interested in. The dates of new courses and the number of available places are updated regularly.
All course materials are paid for by the students. The school orders the materials required for the course after prepayment.
Depending on the city and course, training sessions may take place 4 or 5 days a week, either in the morning or afternoon.
Our school offers a wide range of face-to-face and online courses, but they are not interchangeable. Please note that integration courses and courses for working in the medical field are only available full-time. Conversational, professional, and exam preparation courses are available online. If you don't know which course is right for you, our staff will be happy to help you choose and answer all your questions.
