With this language certificate from telc you prove that you can

• Successfully conduct conversations with doctors and patients,
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff,
• Write standardized doctor's letters and
• And understand medical terminology in a targeted manner.

In this 6-week course, you will learn to express yourself at C-1 level with patients, colleagues and staff. You will also be able to successfully talk to patients and discuss your diagnoses with the senior physician. Another focus will be the discharge letter written in academic German. In addition to medical terminology, the focus will be on communication. Participants will learn to express themselves clearly and to the point.

Duration, scope and prerequisites
The course takes place 3 times a week for 5 lessons each. That is a total of 90 lessons over 6 weeks. A B-2 certificate is a prerequisite for attending the course.
